I have created a proposal for The Republic of Gonsasa. The country does meet all of the conditions listed at the beginning of this thread. Please vote yes!

Before you give out aid, I would like to suggest that you look at the presidents fed first, otherwise it may get taken back.

Rem150292 - you are dropped from my attacks. But if I were you, I would choose your next fed and allies a little better.

Stuart - That's a great point. I can speak for myself when I say I do keep that in mind. Just for clarification, rem150292 is no longer in the questionable fed and was not aware of the issues with it and its president until recently.

I will not penalize a new player for being in any particular fed. That being said, I will vote for and support any proposal for aid for ANY new player regardless of their affilations. If they are in a 'questionable fed', and I view it as such, I might make a suggestion to leave or look elsewhere for assistance but I won't allow that to sway my vote.

Anyway, have there been any new requests for aid? I'd love to know just how much aid (in dollar amounts) we've managed to give out.

Give the whole lot away is what I say. Who cares who's with who, or how big there empire is. 5 trillion aint shit in this game. When im on the SC I will try and give it all away.

First, I put forth a proposal of aid for Land of Rem.

Secondly, I got this request for more aid from Gaius Brutus. His empire (3 nations) all meet the requirements I put forth above. He's not spending absurd amounts on building up a military nor is he pursuing strategic weapons. He's also not lying about his nations debt. Quite frankly, I'm not opposed to putting in another round of aid packages for his empire but I would rather we at least clear out the 3 listed above OR's before we look to aiding GB. Worst case, if he puts up GC's, we might be able to purchase them at a more favorable rate. Any thoughts?

Eastern Kingdom of Rome (Satellite)

Can you put my country Southern Kingdom of Rome up for 5T untied aid. This will really help my country get out of debt. Yall got like infinte dollars

When I first came accross this president, he was heavily in debt due to overspending on his military. I tutored him to help him try and get his countries back on track. At one point, his empire owed more than 140T over the 3 countries.

He is now a member of CIS Academy, and I have helped him out with favourable GC transfers as he does actually seem to be learning more about the game now.

Sadly, there is only so much that I can do. I do GC transfers for other presidents that approach me too, even if they are not members of CIS (which helps to subsidise who the SC cannot), but there is only so much that I can do. I have had to set a budget for this kind of transfer, as in the first month I offered to do it, I paid out something like 80GC in aid transfers.

@ Stuart

I appreciate your help in supplementing the SC when you're able too. The problem is we typically have a waiting list and to sponsor multiple countries from one president does not seem fair to me personally. Maybe another security council member feels differently. I will add one of his slaves to the waiting list, and leave it up to individual SC members if they want to go beyond that.

Just for the record, I don't have any problems with sponsoring multiple countries for new players as I myself was such a recipent early on in my history. In the case of Gaius Brutus, his appeal appears sincere and his nations have the debt. He stated he had even gone so far as to get rid of weapons to curtail expenses. I agree with Kevin that those on the waiting list should come first but I certainly won't oppose such a request.

I will put forth the proposal for jake0352 - new soviet union within a day or so.

If the list drops down, I will also put up a proposal of aid for The Kingdom of Rome.

Thank you guys for helping. Me and all my citizens appreciate it. I guess thats what I get for trying to have a huge military when I was just starting out. lol. I'm only a full member until July of 2009, I will try to expand it further when I can. I am a patience young man so I can wait for the aid. Thank you again everyone.
