Official Declaration of War (Little Upsilon)

On February 15, 2349 The Empire of Great Burckhalter officially declared war upon the New Israelite Nation.

Though it pains me deeply to be forced to resort to war, the differences between King Hezekiah and myself are numerous and irreconcilable.

I would remind the international community that I am not a veteran player, and newer to the game than King Hezekiah. I did not take part in any negotiations concerning King Hezekiah and other parties, and am not bound to those outcomes.

At this time the naval and air forces of The Empire of Great Burckhalter are being mobilized off the coast of the New Israelite Nation.

I offer no terms, no quarter and no diplomacy. The time for such activities has long past.

I consider this a war between King Hezekiah and myself. I will not target or attack other players. Nor will I carry any other banner into this war besides my own. I will consider all other players as neutral, noncombatants.

Now with confidence in my armed forces - with the unbounding determination of my people - Great Burckhalter will gain the inevitable triumph - so help us God.

Why is Little Upsilon unwavered about terrorism?

Firstly, King; the reason LU has gone against you is because of your actions since your arrival here. okstate guy has been here for a shorter period of time than you, but has more respect from the community than yourself. What does that tell you?

Secondly; You cannot nuke someone without nukes in your country, and everyone can see if you are a nuclear power or not. New Israelite nation is not. I would also say, that if you did nuke him, you would have the whole of SNA on your back. Is that what you really want? If I were ok state guy, I would take your strategic and offensive military bases out first to render you impotent in that respect. Being as you only have one defensive military base, and no strategic bases in that country, I think he is safe.

If I were you King, I would take this loss then come back as a different guy, if not there are many others after okstate guy that will come after you - and by the way - that does not include myself. I will abide by our peace treaty.

TERMS FOR FUTURE PEACE:

1.) You will remove all stolen material from your Web sites.
2.) You will never again attempt to hijack the name, ideas or reputation of another federation.
3.) You will remove the names of ANY president who does not wish to be listed on your Web sites.
4.) You will stop spamming the forums. If you are upset about something, make one thread. Not three threads in four different, unrelated subject areas.

Because the most, if not the rest, of us aren't being "terrorized". If you think long and hard about it you may come to suspect that there was a reason people "terrorized" you.

You were insolent, stubborn, puerile, and altogether annoying in your "diplomacy". You do not come off as very sensible in social interaction, your threats and demands are obnoxious, you take things way too seriously, you throw out words like "terrorism" to elicit a supportive reaction from the community by spamming the boards and drawing attention to how unstable you are. And you use people.

You're also an idiot. You had the perfect war going on with Stuart as long as you kept up your protection. He signs a treaty so you can feel free to remove your protection and has his buddy take care of his dirty work for him. Well played Stuart and okstate.

Looking at your country, I can see that the most it could probably support financially (and with just one strategic base), I estimate that it is 5.0 at the very most. @Everybody; If any of my countries receive any amounts of fallout as a direct result of any nuclear war between the above parties, I will not be happy, nor will others. Play with nukes carefully - yes they can be effective, but remember that they have a 2-3 country range on fallout and can seriously piss other presidents off.
