Official Declaration of War (Little Upsilon)

The Empire of Great Burckhalter will officially withdraw its peace terms on January 1, 2009.

It has become apparent that King Hezekiah is not interested in peace. Once these terms expire, The Empire of Great Burckhalter will not offer further terms.

I respectfully request that King Hezekiah stop sending me threatening messages and spamming my inbox. I don't mind his use of my name - I'm a big boy. But I will not respond to his every thread, threat, accusation or attack.

King Hezekiah - If you wish to be left alone accept my terms and stop being a douchebag.

This thread, like my war against you, has nothing to do with the honorable Stuart Taylor, his empire or his federation. Though I consider Stuart Taylor a personal friend, I do not take orders from him. Nor do I discuss my war strategies or decisions with him. You are at war with the Empire of Great Burckhalter, not Etruria or CIS.

Unfortunately I am also not as forgiving as Stuart Taylor. If you reject the above terms, I may never offer you terms again. So if you ever wish to have a real empire, accept these terms and move on. In your acceptance, include a full apology to myself and other players. Otherwise I suggest you buy lots of war protection for any future slave, or I will attack without warning.

I am tired of fighting stupid childish fights, so for the sake of peace, and the annoying back and forth of fighting because people don't like what I have to say, I will do what these nations want.. It would be best if you took a break from the forum, but at the very least just be cautious of over posting. Don't post the same topic twice in different areas. Think about the right areas for each thread before posting, and try not to double or triple reply on the same topic. Remember the forum is read mostly by the same players each day. No, one of the terms of the peace deal was that you would remain respectful of other presidents.

Your so-called joke flagrantly violated this term of peace, so OKstateguy is well within his rights to rescind the peace.
