it's not the rank system, it's the index's.
I have 380 hospitals but it's acting like I don't even have enough for GL 2.

im ranked 80.... i could be ranked top ten if i increased my tax rate but im not going to make my country worse to get a better ranking..... because im not a newb who places tons of emphasise on rank... you should try that aswell

it's because of my slaves health index is low. this is being rectified now.

because my university index was too high compared to the other two. I actually lowered my corporation tax. As for the tax being the reason your rank 80..... well my tax rate is 10% and i was doing fine until I bough this damned slave country.

i looked into the Kill switch it was the Scanned in navy on aproach to a Heavy Hitter, somewhere in the viking waters.
