And who decides what is logical and what isnt? There are always 2 sides to an arguement. I guess precedent is good, liking learning from experience. Aren't we trying to make justice fairer for all? I would guess most corporate strategy that looks like caring for workforce, quality etc is profit orientated because it improves the brand marque, people pay more for quality, happy workers produce more and so on. And in the UK many commercial developments HAVE to provide benefits to the community to get permission to operate within that area.
